Everything! Feel like being in our own home. Each room is like a studio unit of a condominium. You have all the needed things. Kinda stay vacation. Very clean and very informative. The host is very helpful. Anything you can ask him. He helped me to arrange transportation. There is an elevator, so don't worry about carrying things. You can get all things at a walkable distance. Bus station to here 15 minutes only!

This is a huge unit to comfortably accommodate a big family. We got the top unit, it had a terrace as well. We spent the evenings and night in terrace. The view is great especially in the night -you could see Tirumala temple from this place. Another big plus are the property manager and the help there. They will get you everything you need and will come on a quick call.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It’s a clean, well-maintained, and newly built property. We stayed in a 3 BHK unit — all rooms were spacious, had attached bathrooms, and were equipped with air conditioning. The place also had a functional kitchen, which was very convenient.
