It was an excellent Resort with very good staff, Mr.Lijo and his team arranged all facilities as per our choice. The Chefs in the restaurant was very good, Dinner and Breakfast we had excellent food, one of the best food we took in Munnar during our trip. Food and stay pricing was also very reasonable. Also good resort for kids to have some fun.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff is attentive and friendly! We were traveling as a family -2 adults and 2 kids ages 3 and 7, and the staff was so kind! The location is gorgeous in the mountains of Munnar. The indoor trekking is really cool and enjoyable. The food in the restaurant was delicious! There is also a game room with air hockey and a pool table that was great for letting our kids play. We had such a nice, relaxing time there -would recommend to anyone!

We stayed at The Feel Munnar Resort for three nights with our family, and it was one of the most relaxing experiences we've had in India. The location is calm and surrounded by beautiful green hills and fresh mountain air – perfect for escaping the noise of the city. The room was clean, spacious, and ideal for families. The view from our balcony was stunning – we loved sitting there with a warm drink in the morning, watching the mist roll over the hills. The beds were very comfortable, and the housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were kind and always ready to help. They arranged a driver for us to explore the tea plantations, waterfalls, and other tourist spots. Everything was smooth and well organised. We had dinner at the resort restaurant every night. The food was fresh and tasty, with good vegetarian and mild-spice options that the kids could enjoy. We also appreciated how accommodating the kitchen was with our requests – it made dining very comfortable for the whole family. The peaceful environment, clean air, and excellent hospitality made this stay truly special. The kids loved the open space, and we enjoyed the quiet evenings with a cup of tea and the sound of nature all around. If you're visiting Munnar with your family and want a place that feels safe, peaceful, and well taken care of – this is the perfect choice. We left feeling refreshed and very satisfied.
