!THE BEST STAY WE HAD IN ICELAND! And we stayed in like 10 places during our trip... The host was amazing! The best we had during our stay in Iceland (and we've met alot)! He gives more than enough time to listen to your previous plans and coming plans and suggest great plans to do, with lots and lots of useful tips. Just enjoy the complimentary free waffles with tea/coffee at breakfast with some beautiful conversations with the host! The location is amazing, just a little detour off the ring road and close to Hella town. There are nearby farms with lots of Icelandic horses with possibility of doing some riding tours. The kitchen was fully equipped with a beautiful shared space!

Love the little cottage - we felt very safe and it was like a nice home to come home too. I wished we stayed more than a night. The dogs were very friendly and came by to play in the morning as we were building snowmen. We were able to cook dinner with all the supplies and it was great to have a dishwasher. Bathroom was clean and warm - everything was wonderful.

Everything! Beautiful well appointed farm house and felt like we were walking into someone's full-time home. So many personal touches from the bed spreads to the dishes in the kitchen. We had more than what we needed, and loved that there were horses all around the property. You can tell the hostess cares a great deal about making your stay memorable.
