The best thing about this property is the view. It is absolutely amazing. This hotel is in the middle of nowhere, thing that I really loved. The room was nice and clean. The staff was polite and friendly

Don't listen to previous negative reviews, new owners are completely different. Had such a welcoming stay here, the lobby and dining room have the most amazing hygge vibe. Staff amazingly welcoming, lovely dinner and breakfast. Felt like a stay with family and friends. Rooms super comfy, clean. Hot tub is great.

The hotel was located a bit further from the small town of Kirkjubæjarklaustur and is a very nice, clean and cosy place! We spent the evening playing board games at the bar, our rooms were clean and very comfortable and the breakfast was very good! The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again if I get the chance! :-)
