The hosts were amazing. This was my first guesthouse experience and it exceeded my expectations. We got there and it was already dark. We noticed that the northern lights could be out and the hosts did whatever they could to help us see them. It was great! We were the only 2 people booked for the night but when we woke up there was this massive and delicious breakfast. I was astounded by all the different kinds of food they offered. I would stay here all nights if we weren’t going to drive around Iceland.

The home and the location was wonderfull. Our 3 year old son is normally scared of dogs but he loved Mowi and Katla. He played every day with them. This was a great apartment. Warm and exceptionally clean with a small kitchen. the beds were very comfortable and the TV was a plus. Also, it is located in a very peaceful area. Would 100% recommend.

A beautiful, luxury property in a perfect location, both private and peaceful but not remote. Equipped with everything we needed, including coffee for the machine, shampoo and shower gel and a good hairdryer. The beds were very comfortable, and all furnishings were high end but homely. Netflix was appreciated by some of our group. Stunning views from the hot tub, across the braided river to the mountains beyond made this a truly special place.
