Everything was excellent! The people were truly awesome and provided assistance in every aspect. The only thing I would change is that we only stayed 1 night there. It's definitely a go-to place on our next visit in Iceland!!!! Also, breakfast was great, exceeded expectations. Lastly, the staff helped us on 2 occasions, during our arrival when we faced issues with icy roads and during our departure our car battery died. With their help, we managed to solve issues, stay on schedule, and have a great experience!

Upon arriving at the location we were told that the hostel was under construction on short notice so they upgraded us to one of their cottages. The staff were very helpful and we had an amazing stay. Even though the weather wasn’t the best that day we still had a stunning view over the lava field and the lake.

Really nice and comfortable rooms, the breakfast is the best with pancakes, scramble or boiled eggs, jam, cheese, tomato, cookies, variety of milks and breads. The staff is also really nice!!
