This is an amazing place to stay! Super-friendly hosts, they gave us good advice about the surrounding area and horse riding. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The room size and facilities are just perfect. You have a teapot and everything you need in the room, and can also ask for anything missing at reception. A hidden gem is the cat: so gentle and fluffy. We've asked for advice about nearby activities and got a lot of useful information.

One of the best stays we had in Iceland. This was a house clearly already before they made it an accommodation so its equipped with everything you need. The kitchen was complete, washing machine and comfortable beds. They have two dogs that will keep you busy when you're outside :)

The hotel is run by a family. The owner and his wife were very nice. The reception, breakfast room and "reading" corner were very cosy. They would have offered tours. There was a hot tub (I think for free) which we didn't use due to late arrival. Rooms were in bungalow style with much space. Bathroom was very good.

Lovely, well maintained facility. Our room was large, with large window overlooking a field, clean with modern bathroom. We may have booked a superior room as it seemed better than others we glanced at. Number 44. The meals were great, especially breakfast. The owner was friendly and welcoming (unlike at most other places we stayed in in Iceland). You can tell this is a well-loved family business.

It was the most cosy and warm hotel we had during our round trip. The cottage/family room was big enough for the family of 4, it was so nicely decorated as a design hotel, the beds are very comfortable, very clean. The breakfast was so tasty. Kids were happy to play with a rabbit which lives in the hotel. I'm strongly recommend that place, and if you have more time it is better to stay for several nights.
