The location right next to the Geysir made this Hotel perfect for a stay during our 3 day stopover in Iceland. However, once on site - the hotel exceeded our expectations! The spacious architecture of the building is very impressive with a very stylish nordic interior design. The room was nice and had a very comfortable bed. Dinner and breakfast were excellent - do not forget to try the Geysir Bread! The staff were outstanding - very friendly and helpful. A big tanks to Georgiana who helped me get back my scarf that I forgot in the room. Wished we could have stayed there longer.

Lovely greeting, they asked if we would like to be notified if the Northern Lights were visible that night. nice touch. The restaurant was fantastic! Along with the service. Room was lovely, comfortable, good size, everything you would need. The staff were all lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel in a good location. Clean, quiet. Restaurant 5 min walk. Gullfoss 10 min drive. Absolutely perfect.

Great remote location, saw northern lights while our stay here. The restaurant was good, food was delicious. Fun for children as there cows, and friendly dog on the farm.

Breakfast has vegetables! Unlike cold salad, the vegetables that includes mushrooms,pepper and zucchini serve as a hot dish makes the breakfast more healthy and yummy. The staff in reception is attentive, informative, professional in handling situations, smiling, friendly and yet efficient. Secret lagoon is in walking distance. The hotel is quite central for visiting most main spots. It's nicely decorated. The room is spacious. The bathroom is warm and well-equipped. One of the tea flavour in the room is ginger! It's rare in most hotels but this really makes me feel special. In such a cold weather I can make a hot ginger tea after a long drive in such snowy weather. I also heard that there was northern light last night!

Greenhouse Golden Circle Villa is a recently renovated apartment in Reykholt, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. The air-conditioned accommodation is 19 km from Geysir.

A beautiful, luxury property in a perfect location, both private and peaceful but not remote. Equipped with everything we needed, including coffee for the machine, shampoo and shower gel and a good hairdryer. The beds were very comfortable, and all furnishings were high end but homely. Netflix was appreciated by some of our group. Stunning views from the hot tub, across the braided river to the mountains beyond made this a truly special place.
