The hosts, Simona and Claudio, and their children, Angelica and Eduardo, could not have been more professional, helpful, kind and hospitable. We had a fabulous time. The property warrants a full 10 on booking.com. The property has 2 pools at 2 different locations. The views from the breakfast veranda are delightful. The property is nestled in the country side but is located less than 1 hour from the centre of Rome and about 1.5 hours from Naples. We will definitely be back. The food was fab. We were very sad leaving.

The place ( really looks like a far west ranch) The owners really put a lot of effort and money and they succed. We arrived after dusk and finding the entrance was a bit difficult. The next morning we realiced there was a huge sign just abobe us ( although not well lit)

The best location in Anagni. Recently renovated and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Views from terrace amazing. Parking spot just in front of the building. The apartment was on the first floor, no elevator. The host was friendly and recommended the restaurant and gave tips on what is worth seeing around. Anagni is a charming city! We really enjoyed staying there. Hidden gem!

The room was much bigger than expected, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The bathroom was nicely tiled, and there was a cozy little balcony. I really appreciated the small detail of a bottle of water in the fridge — it makes a difference. The kitchen was a great bonus, and the owners were super helpful and always available via WhatsApp
