The breakfast was daily fresh and abundant and served at the time which we requested. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the premises and room were comfortable and clean with a good sized modern bathroom. Parking facilities were also excellent and secure. The location was also very good for travelling to all parts of Umbria particularly Perugia and Assisi.

Emanuela was super kind and gave us a lot of information about Perugia. She helped us book a taxi for the airport and guided us on where to order food from. The place is lovely and super well-kept. Everything was beyond clean and the room smelt amazing. Will definitely recommend a stay here!

    Big, very clean and comfortable apartment - ideal for families. Great “vibe” of an Italian winery/mansion. Very nice and extremely helpful staff. The place is well located between Perugia and Assisi and so offers a wonderful base for sightseeing and wine-tasting trips.

    Beautiful property, rustic yet modern twist. Staff were exceptional, Monica helped organise a large meal for our family visiting before our wedding and Leo was an exceptional host for the meal. All of the staff were exceptional throughout, always happy to help with anything we needed. We will definitely be returning to stay here when back in Assisi for another trip.
