Alberto Chalet Lago was one of our more unique stays during our vacation. Right from the entrance, it displays a distinct character that remains in sync through the decor, the approach of the staff, and the room layout. The wood paneled rooms overlook the rich natural tapestry of Lake Antorno and the neighboring forested areas. Its proximity to the Tri Cima toll gate is a huge bonus and a major consideration for us prior to the booking. Answers to queries from us were very prompt, and their approach was positive. A big plus with the hotel is an excellent restaurant that serves authentic Italian food.

The interior and rooms were absolutely fantastic! The vintage furniture beautifully restored from the last century added a unique charm to the place, with every detail carefully thought out, from the elegant parquet flooring to the stylish cast-iron radiators. The atmosphere was incredibly cozy, especially with the charming spindle in the recreation room. Any questions encountered were promptly resolved by the attentive staff. The complimentary buses to the ski lifts were a convenient perk, and the availability of free parking made our stay even more hassle-free. Our spacious room (double) was impeccably clean, and we appreciated how warm and inviting it was. Breakfast options catered to both sweet and savory preferences. The freshly baked bread, accompanied by a selection of cheeses and prosciutto, was a delightful start to the day. While I missed having vegetables, the sweet breakfast seemed to offer a wide array of choices, as highlighted in other reviews.
