I was lucky to find such a convenient place in Rome. The owner was always responsive and answered my many questions. She helped me check in early and even found a parking space on the street just before the hotel. The breakfast was very rich. It is a 10-minute walk from the Vatican and there are many good restaurants around. Recommended!

Everything! Perfect location, perfect breakfast and coffee, spacious room. But most importantly our host Elisabetta was more than a host, she treated us as if we were a family, asking and offering us assistance, smiling all the time, and always ready to help. Everything was perfect. Exceptional cleanliness, good food, but the best of all were people. Jacop, Ilaria and Francesca at the reception did everything they could to help us when we lost our luggage at the airport. Numerous phone calls made by Jacop, warm advice wards said by the ladies.
