My wife and I had a 10-day trip around Italy by car (Milan-Rome). During all this time, we stayed in 4 hotels (of approximately the same price level). This hotel (Riva di Palo) was the best of them all. There is a very large hotel garden area with lawn, pool lounges and sunbeds, as well as direct access to the beach/sea. the hotel room was spacious and tastefully decorated with its own outdoor table and chairs the hotel staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive , especially Antonella who kindly helped us plan a visit to the most famous places in Rome. There is a free parking lot in the hotel territory. The train station Ladispoli is approx. 10 minutes' walk away. From there by train 30-40 minutes to the center of Rome. We will definitely choose this hotel on our next trip to Italy.

Our room had a rustic feel and was extremely clean- the tiles sparkled! We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The manager arranged a taxi for us to take us to the airport in the morning, so we didn’t have to worry about that.- we even got to hang out with the owners new puppy! The location was beautiful and tranquil, the grounds boasted olive trees and peacocks! We made full use of the infinity pool and gardens- which we happened to have all to ourselves. We were only there for 1 day/night and we had to leave for our flight before breakfast so we can’t comment on that but we did have dinner the previous night and the food was fresh and tasty- authentic Mediterranean food. We both agreed that we wished we had booked this accommodation for the last 2 days of our trip (rather than just the last night) as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely visit again and recommend. Very reasonably priced.

Everything was absolutely fantastic, we spent a couple of lovely days here. Beautiful, clean, quiet place. Very nice owners. Delicious homemade pastries for breakfast. We enjoyed the clean and nice pool. Comfortable free parking. Thank you so much and we will definitely be back again.

It's a lovely place to stay if you want the peace and quiet. It is a little bit off the beaten track. Family run hotel, converted farm. The staff were so nice even though they did not understand English that well. So helpful, food was lovely, and they had a lovely pool.

We had a realy good time in la casetta di marika , i realy recomended to everyone who wants to relax and have an enjoybale time with their family , you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay there, they think about all the things , i realy appreciate them we enjoyed so much, we went there with our little dog they left also a little food and plates for our dog it meant to us , thank you dear jessica , they are a couple that speak english and italian so do not worty if you can not speak italian ,you will find a beautiful garden in the house you can have also bbq , the kitchen is full of the thing that you might need , we will back for sure with out friends , we live in rome and we needed to take rest it was very perfect for us , there was a super market also very near to the house if you need ti buy something for cooking

    It was a short stay for family with 3 adult kids and 2 adults parents. The first important point is clean house and bed sheets. Nowadays its really getting difficult to find. Thank you so much Marco (owner) that he personally met us. After new online technologies, its so nice to see owners in person. We rent the second floor with 2 rooms and 1 small kitchen. Our zone is separated with the door and it gives a safe feelings. Also, parking properly at the territory is a plus. Thank you so much for this good experience!

    It felt like a home from home, very comfortable and well equipped. The children had great fun in the pool. The property was very clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. plenty of places to sit and relax. There was also lots of cool shaded areas to relax if direct sunlight is not your thing. The host was close by if needed and very helpful.
