The apartment was immaculate, very clean, refurbished to a high standard with a large and very comfortable bed. We were there during the July 2023 heatwave so air con v welcome, and it was too hot to use the terraces which had lovely views. Owners attentive with good communication prior to arrival, meeting us on arrival and Guistin even offered to shop at the supermarket as it was so hot, and brought welcome (and heavy) water. She and her husband could not have been more helpful and the restaurant staff very also v friendly. We also enjoyed eating there! Excellent, central location just a few minutes from free parking by the beach, and great value.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is brand new and exceptionally well thought-out, with every detail covered. We were impressed with the range of products provided—everything from bathroom essentials to cleaning supplies and even basic pantry items. The welcome was incredibly warm, and our kids were delighted with the surprise gift at the end of our stay. Every aspect exceeded our expectations, and we felt completely at home. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped place to stay!

The apartment was really well equipped and very clean. So was the private terrace with a small, lovely garden. There is a beautiful sandy beach, supermarket, bakery and various shops within a 5-10 minute walk from the accommodation. Our stay was made more pleasant from the very beginning by a kind and very professional host who gave us all the necessary information about Mazara and the surrounding area and responded immediately whenever we needed anything. He also helped us with a transfer to the airport. I definitely recommend this accommodation.

There are shops on walking distance, we took the car for the spiagga, as we have moved a lot. The apartement was really quiet, no cars accelerating next to the bedroom. Was a nice experience!

We had a great stay at the apartment. Everything was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was well-equipped with good-quality dishes and utensils. We really appreciated having a parking space on the property, which made things much easier. The location is excellent — close to the city center, but still very quiet with no noise from the street. The host was very welcoming and even gave us a small gift — a bottle of local olive oil, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommended!

    Perfect location, right at the beach, but quiet. Nice rooms, nice host. The rooms are big, the apartman is clean, well equipped, it has a big terrace. We had enough room for the clothes and luggages. There was a shower in the garden- 10m from the sandy beach, you could just walk in after swimming. There is a one way street and a bicycle road in front of the house, but it was not busy. 15min drive to the city center. It is a perfect choice for families with kids.

    Nice an well equipped house on the beach. Ideal for families with kids, the beach is sandy, the sea is shallow. Bars and restaurants nearby.

    The villa was incredible, especially the pool. It was immaculately clean and much bigger than the pictures show. We stayed as a group of friends and family with two young children. The owners were so helpful and did everything they could to ensure we had a great stay. Mazara del Vallo centre is beautiful, some lovely shops, restaurants and cafes, well worth a visit. We would definitely return to Villa Matilde.
