Staying at Villa Shmitanka is a fantastic experience! The views, garden, pool, the house, the rooms are top quality. And above that, the hospitality of the lovely owners Merav and Dror is from another world. I strongly advice to have dinner at the Villa Shmitanka: Merav is the best “chef” in the world, and would easily get 3* Michelin. Our stay at Carla and Carlo truly exceeded our expectations-in every way possible. We were so fortunate to find this wonderful B&B while traveling through Le Marche. Food? FABULOUS! Room? Immaculate, comfortable bed, beautifully decorated, pure bliss! Location was perfect for exploring… we loved our stay so much we returned to spend an additional three nights. Great location if you are visiting Fermo and you have a car. Very nice and quiet area with views of the east coast. Alessandro is an amazing host, living on the premises. He was preparing fresh breakfast for us every morning, even adapting to our schedule. Ari, a super playful German Shepherd was a big bonus! Beautiful house with 4 large ensuite rooms and a shared kitchen, balconies, and a large garden. The room was very clean and well-equipped. Parking was provided for free.

This is an historic old house, not easy to find at first, but a delight once we got the 'lay of the land'. The owner and staff are very hospitable and friendly. Breakfast included some homemade goodies and good coffee. The B&B is not too difficult a walk to Fermo's Piazza - city center - which includes several museums, restaurants, shops. Fermo is a surprising little town with oodles of history, winding cobblestone streets, hills and charm. We happened to be there at the time of an Octoberfest celebration with their sister city and met other guests at the B&B that were there from Germany.

This is an ideal place to stay in Fermo. It is located within walking distance to the central square, restaurants and cafes, and tourist sites. It is located in a safe area, and with a parking spot very close to the accommodation. The beautiful accommodation provided us with an authentic local experience while enjoying modern facilities. It even has a lift for our luggage. The common areas are spacious and tastefully designed. Our room too, with a spectacular view of the surroundings. And the service is the absolute best. We were greeted at the square and guided to our parking lot. And they sent us off too. Such warm hospitality. They are responsive to our questions too. They gave us a bottle of wine on our arrival and though we don't drink, we deeply appreciate the thoughtful gesture. Heartfelt thanks to Umberto and Jacob. We will remember your kindness and warmth with fondness.
