Location was a good balance between being close to the sea and starting-point for exploring baunei coast and hiking surrounding mountains. Staff was super helpful, even just with a google translate :) Kids loved the cats and dogs, as expected.

The location is simply fantastic, 50 meters far from the beach that was, by the way, even in august, not crowded at all. At the same time it is like being in the countryside, with pure mediterranean vegetation. Note that it is an isolated area, not for mass tourism.. Orosei is about 6 km from the villa, from Osalla you can book a boat ride to Cala Gonone, Cala Luna and other extraordinary places to visit. If you want to visit the real sardinian places you are in the right place. You will need a car, that's for sure, but you will have a real taste of traditions, mentality and local mindset. From the villa you can also plan a visit to Supramonte (reccomendable the lunch with shepherds), to Su Gulugone, to Tiscali and to other fantastic places that are not so easy to visit. So if you do not want plastic tourism, if you want to have a full immersion in local nature and local way of life, for sure you can start planning it from this villa. The owners are very helpful and they have a high cultural level, that is precisely what a tourist needs to start enjoying his stay.

Very friendly and thoughtful staff. A lovely family hotel, like coming to a home instead of a corporate sausage machine. It's in a tremendous location in a vibrant and delightful town that feels like a real place with much more going on than tourism. We were there out of season and the cafés and bars were still busy with locals relaxing and socialising.

I recommend. Best experience. Show every evening and entertainments. Dancing all night long with an amazing staff entertaining the children and adults. Beautiful music. Singers. Shows. Barbecues for dinner with opened buffet. Huge pool and best beach in front of the hotel. Great restaurants only few meters from the hotel and a spar supermarket 15min walking from the restaurant. The apartment is quite basic, and the interior is old-fashioned, every item in red color :) (we already knew about it from the pictures, so it wasn't a surprise for us), but it was very clean - just spotless, which is the most important thing while renting the place. Also, the apartment is nicely spacious for a couple. You cannot see the sea from the balcony (only on the very corner while standing), but the location was really nice - only a few minutes by foot to reach the really nice pale gray sandy beaches. There are also a few restaurants and cafés near the place as well. They were already open in the middle of May when we stayed there. If you want to reach the famous Cala Gonone -it will take ~1h by car.

Cannot say enough great things about this lovely b&b! Pasqua and Fabio, our hosts, were wonderful during the whole week. Readily giving out information about local activities, offering to call the kayak rental or hiking center on our behalf, and on top of it all, offering incredibly delicious breakfast as well as home cooked dinners for a great price with lots of their own produce or locally sourced. The bedroom was just beautiful, with a spectacular view to wake up to and watch the sunset from, perfect for our honeymoon. They cleaned the room spotless every day which was also a nice touch. The location is also fantastic, with a feeling of being out in the countryside but spectacular beaches within 10-25mins reach, while being just 1km away from a village with all amenities available (supermarkets to prepare picnics, shops for souvenirs and even bought sports shoes to enjoy the worth -the-effort hikes in the area). We would definitely love to stay again somed ay and would highly recommend B&B Tiscali to anyone. Grazie mille !
