Not only did I have a wonderful stay at Casa Cattauro, but I truly feel fortunate to have been able to spend some time in such a beautiful property. The property is very comfortable and spotlessly clean, with authentic decoration and thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home even for such a short stay. Not to mention fairytale-like views and a peaceful atmosphere! The breakfast was delicious and the location is perfect for exploring the cobbled streets of Erice. My host Francesca was extremely attentive, she welcomed me with warmth and kindness and I’ll forever be grateful! A bonus for me was the presence of a very sweet black cat who kept me company on the terrace - it made the whole experience even more special. I couldn’t recommend it enough, I hope I’ll have a chance to return one day!

The hotel was above our expectations. Nice location and structure. We stayed for one night, but everything was perfect: the bed is very comfortable, bathroom contained everything needed (nice options of shampoo, conditioner and soap) and good quality towels. Another amazing point was the super complete breakfast with various options for all tastes! The staff was very gentle and attentive, gave us some highlights about the city and also about Sicily in general. I highly recommend this place!

Our stay at Matri Mia BnB was simply wonderful! Everything was perfect — from the cleanliness and comfort to all the little details that made a big difference. The breakfast was divine, full of care and fresh local products that made every morning unforgettable. Grazia and Francesco were exceptional hosts, always kind, helpful, and genuinely warm, making us feel at home from the very first moment. Since we were traveling by car, Francesco was amazingly helpful and assisted us in finding a free and safe parking spot just 2 minutes from the BnB — such a thoughtful touch! It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and genuine hospitality in one place. We would give more than 10 stars if we could! We’ll definitely be back and will book Matri Mia BnB again without hesitation — a perfect stay we can’t wait to repeat!
