The host, Mr. Renato Marcello really gave us an exceptional welcome with lots of treats to make the first day comfortable. Clear instructions on how to reach the apartment were communicated, and we were welcomed without any difficulty. Mr. Marcello also assisted us with arranging private parking in the same building at around 15 Euro per night, which is absolutely worth it as the parking is safe in a private garage. The apartment is very clean and neat with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is centrally located, and it is possible to walk to all the major attractions and the harbor. Charming cafés and restaurants are also within walking distance. Savona is beautiful, and thanks to detailed information provided by Mr. Marcello, we in a beautiful information album in the apartment, we were able to make the most of our stay as we could easily access local delicacies and points of interest. On our arrival, Filippo remembered us from our previous stay - a lovely welcome. Our dual aspect room, with far-reaching views to the Alps, was clean and airy, in fact wherever you are at this property - the pool, the dining terrace; the views are incredible. Dinner - WOW, Stefania is an amazing chef. Whilst enjoying watching the setting sun, we were treated to 5-6 courses of excellent quality cookery for a ridiculously low price. Breakfast was also delicious fresh homecooked produce. I was also very happy to be reunited with their lovely resident donkey!!

The apartment was in a great location. From here, we were able to visit Monaco, Milan, and the largest outlet mall in Italy. The apartment was spacious and equipped with everything necessary for comfortable living. There was also a large, terrace where my pets loved to hang out. The hostess was very kind and hospitable, always ready to help with any questions. And at the same time, she's unobtrusive. She also loves animals very much.
