The rooms was nice, big and clean. Bathroom very spacious. Tv in room, small refrigirator in the hallway, free tea coffe and water bottle. Great fresh breakfast, quite surroundings, nice garden. Good location for my trip plans. San Vito is a cute little town. Supermarkets near. The host was nice and friendly.

The property is absolutely beautiful with a nice pool offering the opportunity to cool off. The receptionist was friendly, we received all the necessary information. There was a bottle of delicious wine that welcomed us in the room, which is spaceous and minimalistic. We liked our stay very much.

Everything was absolutely fine. We had to modify our check in time because of traffic issues but there was no problem with it at all. Dogs in the back garden are super cute :). All important facilities like pizzeria, supermarket, ice cream, etc. are nearby. Our host was really helpful and gave us very good breakfast. Also there is an insane amount of choice of available types of coffee which is definitely a big plus because we are heavily addicted. We will definitely return.
