Our hosts, Stefania and Donato, were so helpful and kind. The apartment is clean, very spacious, and very well lit. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from Minturno-Scauri Train station and 10 minute walk to the beach. The grocery store Conad is a 4 minute walk. There are pizzerias, restaurants, pharmacies, and ice cream shops close to the property, and all within walking distance. I can't wait to go back next year. I would rate this property above 10.

This is the one of the top apartments I have stayed at in roughly 50 apartments. All share a few things in common: welcoming hosts, modern, spacious, large kitchen area, large lounge and TV, special care to interior design, good WiFi and uncommon but always welcome - a washing machine. Also the mirrors are massive, if you like mirrors. Thanks to the hosts for good taste in apartments 😎.

This is one of the most gorgeous cottages we’ve ever stayed in. Very comfortable bed, lovely balcony for morning coffee, great kitchen with everything you need and perfect Location to visit so many things in the area. Gilda was amazing.

The location was lovely and the accommodation was super comfortable. There are supermarkets, shops and restaurants around - also, the beach is close by. The Host lives downstairs so you can always reach out to her if you have any issue.

This hotel was amazing. It has everything you could ever ask for. We had beautiful views from the window of the private beach. It was impeccably clean. The staff were very kind, warm and welcoming to everyone including our little dog. There was a delicious hot breakfast included as well. What I felt was outstanding was the organization of the beach. Each room is assigned beach chairs for their stay so this eliminates a lot of stress . The beach is raked and very clean. You feel safe walking in your bare feet! I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back🥰

    We were there with family of 5, reception, rooms, breakfast as anticipated, but the willingness to arrange extras by the staff - beach trip arranged to close-by private beach with car pick-up and next day they could arrange local person to give us (obviously paid and worth) several hours boat trip from Minturno passing Gaeta to distant beaches for swim and relaxing times.

    we have loved this hotel. right in the front of the beach! we had parking available and umbrella and seats on the beach. it was amazing. the beach is so good for kids. the staff in the hotel were really nice! we would definitely come back to this place.
