Winnifred and David welcomed us on a snowy cold night of March 2023. It felt like being at home - a cozy, clean room, with a kitchen full of all the necessary. In the morning we enjoyed a homemade breakfast with local delicacies. You will also appreciate the wonderful wall decorations and a great book collection. Cherry house we will be back 🙂

We loved everything about this property. Every need was catered for. From beautiful smelling towels, bathrobes, slippers and eye masks to a delicious breakfast served on the outdoor table overlooking the garden. My partner is GF and Patrizia made him his own platter selection. Everything is presented so beautifully and attention to detail is exceptional. The bathroom is large with quality bathroom products and a large shower with good water pressure. Parking is right onsite if you need it and the property is walking distance to town and the Ferrari museum. Patrizia is a wonderful host and couldn’t do enough for us.

What an amazing place! We had such a good time here, sadly one for one night. The hosts are amazingly friendly and helpful. We had dinner and breakfast here, both very delicious. Not to mention the private tour of the Balsamico production and tasting, the best! Also super handy that we could charge our car. We will come back.

Lovely hotel in an amazing location. We worked from a distance here for a week and the wifi was good and lots of work space. The staff were lovely. The restaurant is really excellent. It's pretty easy to reach by public transport from Modena.
