The host was very responsive & flexible which we appreciated. The apartment was spotlessly clean & had everything we needed (the best equipped short-term rental we have stayed in) & was supplied generously with consumables. Everything was new & in excellent working order. The spaces were large & uncluttered. We walked everywhere in Sìnnai - the supermarket was just down the street & we walked to other great restaurants . Parking was easy at the front on the street.

We realt enjoyed our stay at Villa Noga. We loved the room, the house itself and the garden. Our 2-year old could run around the garden and we could enjoy our breakfast outside. The coffee and biscuits were kind gesture and the possibility to do laundry.

Paquja is the place where you want to come back. Here is the soul and welcoming relation from hosts. The apartments is close to the beach, 5 mins and you enjoy the sea and sun 😍 2 bus stops from the supermarket. Also you can easy get to the centre of Cagliari by bus. Special thanks to Ricardo, he met us and was in touch almost every day 🤗 Suggested places where to eat, what to visit etc. Local fruits were amazing 😋 Laura thanks for helping us with some laundry, your hospitality is great and it's a big pleasure to meet and speak to you. The accommodation was exceptionally beautiful. Everything you need is provided. There are hammocks, a kitchenette, and all necessary materials. The owners are incredibly kind and always willing to help, offering tips and being available at all times. The place has a very positive energy and atmosphere. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended, and only 20 to 30 minutes from the airport.

It was perfect! We couldn't have asked for more. Having been to Sardinia a few times now, I tell you that it's extremely rare that you'll come across such a nice property (at this price point). The location is 30 minutes away from the main beaches in the southwest and from Cagliari. The property is very well equipped with everything you need : cutlery, cookery, salt pepper, oil , kitchen towels, dishwasher & washing machine (not like other places we've been where you need to buy literally everything). The mattress was extremely comfortable (if you've been to Sardinia before, you might know the struggle to find a good bed to sleep in - this is perfect, and I'm a very picky person); there is AC in every room , everything is clean and modern. You have full privacy in the patio and access to a barbecue and outside shower & sink (we didn't make use of these, but there are there for you). If you are looking for a quiet place (no noisy neighbours), this is the place to go - although the main bedroom window faces the street and you can hear cars passing by, it's not noisy as it's not a main road and not very busy (again, I'm very sensitive to noises and it didn't bothered me at all). The host is lovely, very welcoming, and friendly; she even landed us her beach umbrella as we didn't want to buy one just for 3 days we were there - which made such a big difference for us. Also, she made sure we had some cold water in the fridge when we arrived, as well as some beverages (juice & beer) ... this is such a nice gesture, and it goes to show they care. I highly recommend this place , it ticked all the boxes for us , 100% we'll be coming back here next time.
