The place is a gem. Beautiful nature, Ruth and Bobby are perfect hosts, excellent cook, friendly staff and villagers. The road up from Kingston is challenging and we were lucky to be picked up by Desmond who knows every inch of the road. Holywell national park nearby has nice trails and stunning views (bring warm clothes).

Check-in with the housekeeper was swift and easy. We had use of the whole living and kitchen area plus our bedroom and bathroom. The outside terrace is fabulous with incredible views down towards Kingston. Breakfast is cooked on site by the housekeeper - we stayed three nights and had three different traditional Jamaican breakfasts. All superb.

We were contacted by the hotel owner before our arrival regarding a taxi service to the hotel. A very friendly couple runs the hotel. We felt very comfortable throughout our entire stay. The hotel is close to the airport and is very easy to access.

Lovely stay in a great location. Spacious, comfortable room with big beds and clean bathroom. Delicious breakfast options just be aware that the buffet was a bit limited and would need to pay extra for traditional Jamaican cooked breakfast. It was lovely to take a morning swim in the pool, gym facilities were great. Staff were friendly and helpful, always smiling and greeting guests throughout the hotel. Staff at check in were particularly amazing. We also had dinner at the restaurant upon arrival- food was tasty with good variety on the menu and engaging and friendly wait staff. Would definitely stay here again when in Kingston.
