Our stay in Rousan House was beyond our expectations. During our stay, Mr Sadam treated us like family more than tourists, in which he used to quickly respond to any of our questions or needs. Rousan House would give you that comfortable vibes as your own home would. Owner is very well behaved...he made tea for us by himself....we got warm welcome by his daughter which was very much cordial....we asked for home made food and he cooked for maklouba and beef cofta and he dined with us also which was a very good expereince we ever had.......Overall experience was very good....we recommend this homestay/ hotel for staying at Umm qais....Thank you Ahmed for great hoapitality..

Very friendly host! We arrived quite late in the evening and the host searched for vegetables and food in the neighborhood, even if it was already very late, so that we could cook our meal. Very clean, comfortable and really good breakfast. Would definitely recommend!
