The hotel is a family run hotel and you can tell that the people are working together and were very close to each other. The service at the check in and out was excellent, we felt very welcomed immediately, such a nice family. The interior of the hotel was also very nice, very creative and picked up the theme of Madaba. The room was huge, clean and aesthetic. The interior designer of the hotel has very good taste. The breakfast was also very nice, classic Jordan food and international. Location was also very good, just a 5 minute walk away from the city center of Madaba and the main attractions. Thank you for making our stay in Madaba and the start of our journey along the Kings highway a very memorable one! We felt very welcomed and comfortable in your hotel!

The locations was good, the receptionist was very friendly he gave as a map and explained everything. The breakfast was the best we ate in Jordania.

Everything was perfect, thanks! Room is very large and you have everything you need, tea, coffee, generous breakfast! Host is very friendly, helpful and careful with guests and they can pickup from town if you don't come with a car (house is outside of the city)

Suna was so lovely. Resort is awesome, many flowers, swimming pools, buggy's drive to dead sea. House was great, big, clean. Instructions were very clear. I think staying in this house is much better than staying in the near five star hotes. She recommended us to have dinner in Samarah mall and it was nice. Dead sea accesibility is perfect with buggies. It has sandy beach but the first steps in the dead sea has many rocks with salt crystalls on them so you can not bare foot, you should bring sea shoes.
