Very helpful host! Due to super heavy rain, we needed to change our plan of next spot. The host sent us several suggestions even we have already left! Dinner portion is more than enough. A really tasteful and satisfying dinner! And the house itself is perfect for family especially having kids. Lots of space for kids burning their energy! Perfect!

Nice hotel at the foothills of Mt. Aso. It is clean, staff is kind and attentive. We asked them if we can leave the luggage at the hotel before the check-in time and they stored it for us and brought to the room. We appreciate that we got a Japanese style room which was very nice and comfortable. The onsen and sauna were great. Excellent breakfast and dinner, a lot of choices.

The accommodation is a very big tradition Japanese house. The host is very friendly and interesting. You may request the host to prepare (DIY) BBQ for dinner. It is delicious and interesting, highly recommended. They heat the volcano stone to cook the BBQ.
