Really nice resort, beautiful room, excellent (and not too heavy) dinner, plus good and varied breakfast spread. There is an excellent harp performance in the evening (and marshmallow toasting). The resort also has vending machines (beer and soft drinks), a pastry shop and a bar, plus a great gym (with gym wear and shoes which can be borrowed). The onsen facilities are excellent. The room private outdoor bath is also superb. The staff are all super nice. There is also a free shuttle service so you can go there even without a car.

A 7-minute walk from Chitose Train Station, ANA Crowne Plaza Chitose offers air-conditioned rooms with free internet and a private bathroom. The hotel features several restaurants.

This was the third time I stayed at this hotel. I usually travel Japan every year for a month or more. It was perfect every time. Service in Japanese hotels is generally very good to excellent. This hotel is unassuming but one level better. The personal attention to guests is just outstanding, even amazing. Good Onsen, located in a lovely bird sanctuary forest next to the lake, pleasant ambience. I was lucky this time they served Kaiseki dunner (only 6 months of the year). It was among the best I ever had (5 nights). They were kind enough to provide a translation on English for each of the courses every night.

Nice hotel with free shuttle van to airport which value for money. Hotel’s staffs are helpful and kindness. The room is clean and the windows in the room can be opened for the fresh air.

Hokkaido Bed & Bagel was the best place we stayed on our trip to Japan. We loved the interesting way of decorating and the spaciousness. Loved the kitchen and laundry facilities. Lovely big shower room and separate toilet room. Particularly loved the hammock! The property is easy walking distance from the train station. The bagels were delicious. The owner was very helpful when we accidentally left something important behind. We look forward to staying again, hopefully soon.

Fantastic hosts who run the place and cook the meals. Very friendly and made our stay very comfortable, memorable and enjoyable. We would have liked to have spent more time but it was a late arrival and early departure after breakfast.
