We were welcomed by the friendly host, who was in communication with us prior to our stay. He even offered to reserve a car park space for us. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious; there were so many amenities available to us too. Despite facing/overlooking the main road, the room was very quiet (double glazing) whilst giving us a lovely view over the countryside. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to everyone! Thank you for having us, Horiuchi-san!

Very nice and competent staff, excellent room with a very nice view of the lake and the personal onsen is really nice. I will come back as soon as I am in the area.

The hotel was even more beautiful than in the pictures and the onsen (especially the private ones with views towards the river) was incredible. The surrounding nature is breathtaking and easy to explore from the hotel's doorstep. The staff was outstandingly attentive and all the facilities were luxurious - even the gift shop was stellar!
