The environment is so cozy and relaxing. I love this kind of traditional style that is really worth staying. Everything is properly maintained, and the bed is really comfortable. 4. Keys were easy to collect. The host gave plenty of information by text message. The property is clean and spacious. It had everything you need for cooking, washing and sleeping. Garbage bins are in every room as well for convenience. It has a concrete yard where we did a BBQ and fireworks. There is a very natural area 100 metres away where you can walk on the beach of lake Biwa. Good access to Kyoto and North coast. McDonalds and Conbini 5 mins drive away. I would rate 9/10 but I am giving a bonus point because I left my scuba mask and the kind host took time to send it back to my house. Excellent!

Japanese style room is clean and large. The dinner is healthy. We stayed there during a cycling trip. Easy to locate.

The room was very beautiful & modern looking with lots of amenities. Staff was very friendly and showed us around the property and explained to us everything we needed to know. The beautiful garden near the reception was freely accessible with a place for small fireworks. The surrounding area was very peaceful in the evening but lively and full of interesting shops and restaurants during the day.
