The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff checking in were wonderful and helped us ship our bags and answered all the questions we had. The breakfast was plenty and delicious. The onsen was amazing and beautiful. We also tried the brick baths and those were very relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The staff and environment are really great. The room is very spacious and comfortable, and there is even a sauna. The location is excellent, I can practically walk to anywhere I want to go. I will definitely go back and stay again.
