This Ryokan was amazing! The location was great, right in front of the temple. The staff was very kind and polite. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the view from our room. The stay was definitely very special. Also, there is a fire ceremony in the temple at 5:30 am everyday, so it was nice to be so close to be able to see it.

The staff were lovely from the bus drivers to reception to the Family Mart staff. It was very much appreciated for a first time visitor. Loved the convenient shuttle buses and the Family Mart store in the hotel.

Value was great in terms of the price paid vs the room. The room itself was spacious. Good location, close to the train station, eateries and a local park.

Even though the hotel is close to the airport it was very quiet in the accomodation. We easily found the free shuttle to the hotel from Narita Airport and got handed the schedule for the shuttle to drive back to the Airport upon arrival so we could choose which one to take. Even though we only spent one night at the hotel, the staff was very friendly and handled the check-in quickly. The room had everything you need for your stay, including a water cooker. The hotel even has to little shops (one of them being a convenience store that also offers basic snacks).

Just 10 minutes from Narita International Airport on the free 2-way shuttle, Hotel Nikko Narita features a seasonal outdoor pool, a 24-hour convenience store and 4 dining options.

Very good service right from check in to out. The convenient store inside the hotel comes in handy. The bus shuttle to Aeon was a bonus, fantastic for when you have spare time before heading out to the airport. The room tv came with Netflix, it was great for us to entertain our children who don't understand Japanese.

Loved this hotel! Worth for the price. The room and bathroom were super spacious considering it’s in Japan for a couple and everything was clean! To help you estimate - we had 2 big luggages and 2 small luggages with us, we had space to store all and open them up to pack as well! Had free coffee and tea everyday at the lobby ~ they also had washing machines and saunas. Staff were super friendly with english speaking ones as well to help us with tourist enquiries. Literally a 3 minute walk opposite to a grocery market, GU, Muji, pharmacy and other small shops nearby. We rented a car to drive around here so couldn’t really try out the trains station. However, location wise it’s all very near by car to restaurants and Don Don Donki! There’s free parking at the hotel as well
