Lassy Condominium was beautiful, spacious and the hosts were very considerate. There were plenty of amenities for children (aka toys, soft toys, games, 2 baby chairs, and a stepping stool for the basin). Our children loved the place and we found the overall location very homely and comfortable too.

Staff were really friendly and go all out to make you feel comfortable. Although the house has a history of 150 years old, there were technology such as sound sustem, projector and even Karaoke over the BBQ dinner. Definitely recommended to have a stay

The private onsen was very nice. Hotel had good facilities like foot spa with a great view of Mt Aso. Dinner and breakfast was great and staff were friendly and able to speak english.

Absolutely stunning Japanese home. Extremely welcoming as soon as you step in the door. Beautiful decor and plenty of room for a family of 4. Wishes we had booked more nights to stay.

Top notch facilities and service, staff go out of the way to make the stay pleasant. Very nice view of mountain from my room and also the public onsen. The room we booked was huge : 300+sqft. It has space for two super single beds, sofa set, bathroom with walk in wardrobe concept. So much ancillary space for movement and all. Even have enough cuoboards for storage. Instead of a kettle, the hotel provides water boiler which allows you to control the temperature of the water to be kept at. It is also located so near the station.
