Amazing Japanese food, impeccable service (attentive yet non intrusive) , quiet location lovely peaceful views. The temple, turn right outside the door and walk for 10 mins was incredible, virtually no one there and more impressive than the tourist traps in Kyoto (fushimi inari) amazing mountain view. The location is amazing. 10 minute taxi from Oji station. Can't recommend highly enough. The onsen was lovely.

Breakfast was including in our meal the food was amazing, had most things and so fresh! We loved all the facilities onsens, indoor pools and communal facilities. Would recommend it to anyone with children/families wanting to stay somewhere with pools and onsens. The staff at the facility were great and hopeful when ever we had any enquires.

The location is placed at a very convenient area, near entertainment center. Brand new hotel which serves best services, nice attitude from managers to staffs. They’re always looking for a way improvement, especially while we’ve stayed at 12F the guy who could speak very well at English, on beside of way carefully cleaning our room made us pleased, was guided us enthusiastic what to do and where to go around, really appreciate it. The hotel is situated in a converted building (former department store), located 10 minutes from Namba station, close to shopping centres. The staff was very kind, the room was spacious and nicely decorated.
