The location of this homestay is extremely convenient. It's right beside the pedestrian overpass near Kii Tanabe Station. The facilities are well-equipped, and there is a hot spring bathtub in the bathroom. The tuna set dinner provided is delicious. Both the boss and the service staff are considerate and polite. There's no need to worry about communication problems either. The boss can use a translation software to write out clear communication content, showing kindness and consideration to the guests.

The service is excellent. Especially Mr Matsumoto Yuto who has been very helpful and his service to us not only in detail but also with passion. Matsumoto san had made extra effort to translate our daily Kaiseki menu in English and also patiently explained to us the food, as well as the sake. He was cheerful and fun as well. The staffs in the Club resort also provided attentive service with enthusiasm. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Such a lovely hotel with wonderful staff. The views from the hotel are great, we had a sea view room. We asked for help with a dinner reservation and the hotel found us a fantastic and friendly local restaurant (great tempura!) and also drove us there and back. Also a mention for the outdoor onsen, one of the best we’ve been to. We stayed here 1 night after a day in Hongu and Nachi, it’s a great place to stay close to Nachi. Great value for money too.

The room is big and has a great view. The staff is very helpful. They offer shuffle bus service to Hongu and Ukegawa which is really useful when you miss the last bus. The food is also great.
