Luke is a very nice and helpful host. The house is clean. We enjoyed playing boardgames and chatting on the second floor. The beds were comfy. We had a very good sleep.

I liked room and lounge wear. I think the common area was very nice with tiny zen gardens as nice touch. I liked TV features for checking laundromat occupancy.

This place was amazing! Greeted and checked in by the owner and such a welcoming environment. The place had everything we needed and some handy extras you could borrow if you wanted to. The room was fantastic. So close to the Kyoto Stations. The deck on top was also amazing. I could only dream of more places like this for this price around the world. Location to visit the Bamboo forest is great, a bit walking, not too long. The design of the room is great, the staff were very nice.
