I had a fantastic experience staying at your hotel. Despite a slight delay with customs and luggage collection at JKIA, the shuttle driver, Philip, patiently waited for me—thank you for the exceptional service! The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the airport, and upon arrival, the night staff at reception gave me a warm welcome, making me feel right at home. Their support and kindness truly stood out. After a long journey from Washington, I was exhausted, but the meal provided was excellent, and I had a restful sleep in a wonderfully comfortable bed. Everything I needed was available, making my stay smooth and enjoyable. I also appreciate the assistance from both the hotel manager and the shuttle driver in helping me sort out a SIM card at the airport. Their support made a huge difference, and I am truly grateful. Thanx once again...

Everything! From the location to the room allocated to us, bar and restaurant view, the amazing staff who went beyond to celebrate my birthday with them! Do not think twice if you are looking to book this hotel! It’s just 15 -20 mins ride from the airport and is situated in a mall itself. Everything is easily accessible.

What I liked the most was the kindness and attention we got from the staff. They helped us with our flight cancellation issues and with transport. The room looked good and the water temperature was great (you just have to use it well, turning on the key that is outside). The garden looks beautiful, the room and bathroom were clean.
