We stayed four nights in this comfortable cosy 2 bedroom apartment in a great location in the vibrant Dongmyeong-dong area – lots of bars, cafés, restaurants and boutiques. There were 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining table, and super comfortable Italian leather lounge. The apartment was extremely well-equipped with everything you need for a lengthy stay – flat screen TV, fridge/freezer, kettle, SMEG coffee grinder, gas cooktop, fridge, sandwich press, microwave, toaster, cold/hot water dispenser, Cuckoo rice cooker, washing machine/dryer and vacuum cleaner. Eunbee is a wonderful host – there are lots of thoughtful touches around the apartment (various teabags, coffee beans and filters, plenty of clothes hangers etc) and she responded very quickly to all our queries. This is the best accommodation we’ve had on our 26 day South Korean trip!!

Dasomchae was a wonderful stay. The hanok is well kept and clean, and there is a lot of attention to detail. For example, the materials of the rooms and the bedding were high quality cotton and the name of the hanok was embroidered on it. The location is also fairly convenient as it's near the major train station and food is walking distance. You are also able to borrow a bicycle for free, although I didn't have time to try it. The owner Jae-in is very kind and has a fun personality. If you love the traditional hanok style stay, Dasomchae is full of love.

Extremely good value for money. The staff are very kind and helpful. There is a free breakfast and everything you need in the room (skin care products, free water…). There is even a free washing machine and dryer.

The hotel staff was very helpful. Thank you very much for dealing with sudden troubles without making a bad face. The hotel itself is about a five-minute walk from the bus stop, so it was okay to carry big luggage. The convenience store takes one minute on foot. "The room was very clean and spacious, and it was impressive that there was a big TV." I would definitely like to stay again when I go to Gwangju.

Kindest staff ever. They all did above and beyond to assist us on any subject. On our first night, the manager recommended us where to eat and was so kind to give us a lift there with his car! They also gave us an umbrella when it was raining. The room was AMAZING - huge, clean, comfortable, nice touches, styler, big bathroom, nicely decorated with great lights and amenities. There's a coffee machine, ice, and free snacks downstairs. Even noodle cups! The price was really good too! We will definitely come back.

The staff of the hotel is very friendly. The room have many amenities and a huge TV. The TV has many channels and content available. I was able to watch a F1 Race live when I was there, that was amazing! The room can be set very dark and the AC works very well. Everything is automated! Using just one remote control you handle lights, AC and TV. It was amazing! The location is close to nice areas and it's possible to walk to the subway station from there.

The location was awesome since there was a huge and gorgeous central park. It's also a great starting point for visiting Gwangju and nearby national parks (by car). The parking under the hotel was great.
