Super chill host, makes you feel right at home. The cottage is totally separate from the main house, so you've got tons of privacy – way better than most homestays. The garden is gorgeous and perfect for chilling out. I loved waking up to all the birds singing, and the host's adorable greyhounds were always there to greet me.

My friend and me stayed the first two nights of our jurney in Sri Lanka in the House of Richness and we completely felt at ease from the beginning. We arrived late in the night from the airport nearby and the owner was already wating for us in front of the house. The rooms are bautiful and there’s everything you need. The delicious breakfast was included and the owner was super helpful with organizing a Tuk Tuk if we wanted to go to the city. We had two beautiful days at House of Richness, thanks a lot! :)

Our stay at Bolagala Floating resort was the ideal beginning to our honeymoon.The resort is beautifuly designed and proximity to the airport ensured a tranquil start without the usual hustle.Our room,adorned with beautiful decorations,created a romantic ambiance.The highlight was the floating restaurant - an amazing dining experience that added to the charm of one our best stays ever. The staff is so nice and polite. When you enter this apartment you feel that you enter your home all the staff smiling and treats you like one of the family. All people should come and visit this hotel we like it so much next time I will come to this hotel next time when I visit Sri Lanka .

Service was excellent and breakfast was generous and tasty with a peaceful aesthetic. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. Totally recommended, especially for an airport stopover to begin or end your trip in Sri Lanka. Free airport pickup was a nice touch and the driver was friendly and safe.
