Very very friendly staff. The owner is trying his best to make our stay confortable. The rest of the staff is also very helpful and friendly. The pictures on Booking are bad because the building is amazing and the reality is better than pictures. Very nice and big garden and very beautifull and clean pool. Room was huge and very clean. Bathroom was very nice as well.

We had three different rooms/villas which were all very beautifully decorated and clean. The private pools were a lovely addition and we enjoyed being a little bit away from the centre; half an hour on foot or a quick tuk tuk ride.

Our arrival at Srilanka could not have been more perfect thanks to these hosts, Sharmila and Sampath. Two wonderful human beings that clearly put all their love into this lovely Villa. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Regal Rivera Villa: It is a beautiful decorated and brand new boutique villa with a stunning garden area and a very nice pool. Especially if you are searching for a nice, relaxing place to get you settled before or after a long flight, we highly recommend. Everything is high standard, very clean and the staff is really friendly and attentive. We had a flight back home later on check out day and the staff was so supportive: We were allowed to stay longer, even use the pool and had a free ride to the airport - thank you very much for this, it made our last day really relaxing! Breakfast (outside in the garden) and dinner (at the dining table inside) both were really good and delicious! We 100% recommend and had a great time!

One bedroom villa was spacious and very clean. River view is second to none. Also this place is kids friendly and swimming pool is beautiful. Main highlight is dinner and breakfast. It’s very delicious. Highly recommend this place.
