The situation was perfect overlooking the river. Quiet. The staff member, Eunice, was a great help. He was not only an assistant in the hotel but took me through the Medina to a pharmacy on May Day which is very hard to do. An excellent guide also. Anything you want, he can arrange it. Excellent!

The stay was perfect, from arrival till departure, and mainly it made us want to come back for another stay at the hotel. The location is perfect, very close to the city center and mainly close to the exhibition park. Also I enjoyed the all surroundings of the premises, with green golf, and forest around the hotel. the area is calm, the only sound you here is the one of the waves ! And the personel team is well trained and understand perfectly the genuine customer service., with no artifice! The staff is amazing! They bring a very warm atmosphere to the place. Especially Miriam is very keen to chat with travelers and make them tea. We had a lovely and funny evening making Tajine with her and sitting with other guests. The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen and fridge are also quite handy and the garden is a little gem! Shops etc. are close and the area is quite modern. Would definitely book again!

the room was beautiful, breakfast was fantastic, staff were very helpful and gentle. Rashid was always keen to help. the riad is close to the portuguese fortress and all restaurants nearby. though the immediate surroundings are a bit run down, the general location is great.
