We had an unforgettable night in this beautiful palace from the 12th century, run by a wonderful couple, Omar and Sandra. They, as hosts, made us feel at home, but a home from a fairy tale. Everything is decorated with style and elegantly renovated to preserve the historical atmosphere of a palazzo. The whole space is authentic and elevated, but jet-warm and welcoming. Breakfast is for every recommendation. Perfect fresh French croissants are served, and the entire menu is carefully selected, from eggs benedict to perfect muesli and fresh juice from local oranges. Dinner is also delicious, fine dining with the chef doing his best craft, and the restaurant has a magnificent view of Mdina. We regret that we only booked one night, We are definitely coming back for more days and we will carry this magical day in our hearts forever. Warmest recommendations for Palazzo Bifora and its wonderful owners and staff.

Perfectly clean room and bathroom. They change sheets and towells every day. The stuff was great. We had a problem with Internet on TV. They solved it quickly and then called us to check if everything was ok and if we needed anything more. Everyone tried to help with any requests and questions about Malta. The rooftop pool is very nice and clean. The hotel smells great!

The room, location, and especially breakfast (a huge spread) Both Mr. Saviour and Ms. Asiadee provided friendly and competent warm service. The boat cruise is a must. Beautiful, historical view of harbors, etc. They even provided me with a breakfast takeaway due to my 3 a.m. departure.

It was just a stopover for us but one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Beautiful clean, modern and looks new. Large spacious rooms with balcony to sit out on, amazing en suite bathroom with huge shower, tea, coffee, chocolates, bath robes, slippers and towel animals like on a cruise! Quiet room, quiet hotel , comfortable beds, lovely friendly staff. Nothing to complain about at all. Great value all you can eat buffet breakfast at just €12 pp and yes it does get busy in there like in all hotels. Lovely view of the boats and the bay from the breakfast room and top floor terrace. We did not use the indoor pool but we ventured across the road to the hotel’s beach club which is lovely and we had happy hour cocktails and pizza (2 for1) ! Sliema is not my favourite place in Malta but you can walk to St Julian’s and Spinola Bay in 30 mins and can get sight seeing ferries from very near the hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights. I was surprised by the cleanliness and the hospitality of the employees. The location of the hotel is also excellent - there are many restaurants and the beach around. We thank the staff for their interest in the guests, their help and their smiles.
