RussiaThey were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 6am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. I was greeted with a drink and an introduction from the hotel staffs who were kind and helpful. The rooms were perfect and clean with a beautiful view from the balcony room. The hotel agent was in touch with me via WhatsApp and assisted me throughout the trip, was very helpful.. I got to enjoy a ton of activities including snorkeling and fishing. The highlight was still the kuhlhavahfa visit. I would definitely send a friend there.
