Great service from start to finish. Food choices were diversified and all fantastic but the standout restaurant was the Japanese. Everything about this resort was just done exceptionally well. Tons of facilities like bikes to ride around the island, basketball and tennis court etc.

Our time at Kagi was simply amazing. The island has the perfect size for a relaxing and private get-away. The food is super delicious giving a great variety of international cuisine at the buffet and the different restaurants. The house reef is spectacular and offers the chance to see turtles, sting rays and reef sharks while snorkeling and diving. We want to leave a special thanks to the staff of the diving center (especially to Mido) wo made us fall in love with diving and even certified deep sea divers! From ping pong sessions to cinema under the stars and spa treatments (thank you Maria also for showing us how to open Mangostin) we had not one minute of getting bored. The water villa was absolutely amazing and offered great sunset views. Everyone on the island took very good care of us - thank you Shinan, for helping to plan our trip and being there for all inquiries and questions we had. We would definitely recommend staying at Kagi and are very sad that we couldn’t stay longer! Hopefully this is a see you soon. 🏝️

Our coordinator Saajy was amazing. He was very kind, so practical and quick in terms of service and finding solutions and he was perfectly professional. Thanks him for everything. Special thanks to Hafsa from Kids Club and Joy (I hope i wrote her name right) from Shimmers. Our children will miss them. Thanks to all Shimmers team for being so kind and professional. Shimmers was our favourite place because of them especially. And lastly, thanks to all hotel staff for smiling faces, kindness and making our holiday unforgettable.
