The location is perfect for a relaxing beach side stay. Totally recommend! It is right in the beach and there are kayaks available to use. Would have stayed longer if I could! Nancy and Melissa are great hosts. On one of the evenings a tropical storm started and Nancy came to check on us to give us an umbrella. Very thoughtful. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again! The property is close to cenotes and Mayan ruins so there are things to do in the vicinity and it's a short taxi ride to the pueblo if you want to go out for dinner.

its away from busy tulum beach / hotel area but only 10 mins drive. we stayed at una vida, but full access to all Bardos facilities and experiences such as yoga and the temazcal, which was out of this world experience. our shaman emilio was amazing and we are greatful for the experience we had. before even arriving to the hotel, we were contacted easily via WhatsApp to make our stay the best, incl ATV booking, transfer from airport etc. we were met by the best staff we could imagine, Jonathan, Julian and Priscila 🙏🏼❤️ Thanks to them for making our stay unforgettable. also at the breakfast we had the pleasure of being served by Alan and Leonardo who was fun and had our back every morning and drinks at the pool 🙏🏼 we are both well travelled and this is absolutely one pearl not to miss out on for couples.

It was fantastic. Its a Hidden gem with everything you Need. Beautiful Garden with a small but nice Pool. As Well they have a Italien Restaurant in the Hotel with extremely nice and fresh food. Also the breakfast is amazing.the Location ist Just perfect, we could Park our Car right opposite of the Hotel and its also Just a 10 minutes Walk to the Center of tulum. With the Car we could reach all beaches easily. The entire staff was very Professional and friendly, including the owners. We will come Back for sure. If you want to get some real mexican Atmosphere, you should book there and Not in the big Resorts. Thanks to the entire Team.

The lady on the reception was very helpful, she gave us a lot of tips&tricks for Tulum. The location is great, in the heart of city center. The hotel has big rooftop teracce with nice view where you can grab a beer and spend some time. We liked the equipment of the room and really appreciate coffee machine!! Highly recommend this place.

    It’s a very spacious appartement, which was perfect for our family. The swimming pool was daily cleaned and has a baby/toddler section (which we didn’t use as the main pool was warmer). I also enjoyed the fitness.

    The retreat as a whole looks great, has a Jungle theme and the food is delicious! Perfect place to relax and enjoy some really great cuisine. Located in the southern part of the Tulum beach, quite a bit further away from the party zone, but you can easily walk there if you so wish. Has a very nice beach and beach bar, much better than many other resorts. It is family friendly so keep that in mind. You might have kids running around the beach. Has car parking space.
