Owner (Fass) of the resort accommodates all our needs. He was very friendly and calm. The hotel stay was decent and family orientated. The chalet we stayed facing the sea was fantastic. The bed, drapery toilet and room were very clean. Cafe and restaurant served good meals. Would definitely recommend to others and will book Dumba Bay if i make a trip to tioman again. I delayed in booking the snorkelling trip and couldn't get a slot, but Fass managed to get me a slot with another resort team. Thank you Fass and team.

A fantastic location right on the beach. Our family loved our time here. The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable but the view is the stand out feature of this accommodation. Sitting watching the sunset out at sea is something I’ll never forget. The staff were amazing and arranged some fantastic days out at waterfalls and snorkelling. The food at Mama’s food house next door was delicious and part of the same family business. Lovely place and lovely staff!

Love the cute accomodation by the beach! Staffs were friendly and the food is tasty! There is also activities to book during the stay. If there is some time to spare, take a short hike to Teja waterfalls. Nice place to cool off! Overall very satisfied. Pickup/dropoff service from Tekek jetty is very efficient to reach the accomodation. Overall, nothing more but L-O-V-E 🫶🏼
