Vishnu the owner was very helpful in supporting us with our needs in Pokhara. He was also a very knowledge person with regards to planning our trekking trip in the Annapurna Mountains having been a guide for many years in this region. Our own trekking in the Annapurna region was significantly more enjoyable because of his advice. A friendly relationship with the owner of any place we stay at is one of the most important things for us and Vishnu really felt like a trusted friend.

The team of Sarangkot Mountain Lodge was really friendly and responded fast to my questions for example regarding spa bookings. They welcomed us with a small show of Nepalese music, we even got two Nepalese scarfs and really nice tea. The dinner was good and staff was friendly. In the afternoon we had now view of the mountains but the sunrise in the morning from the room as well as the terrace was purely magical.

We love our stay here so much! Great location with great mountain views, and we love to walk around the nearby villages. The owner Mr Sonam and family are maintaining the property well. Thanks to Mr Sonam to bring us to hike up to the kaskikot's palace at the nearby hill. Hope to visit again in future.

Definitely one the better places I stayed at in Nepal. The room had a view on two sides which was really nice! The family that runs it is so kind and helpful. The food is really tasty and they have plenty of option to enjoy in the restaurant with a view. The shower was nice and warm. The water did take some time to warm up, but that's okay, you are also a bit higher up. When I left I forgot a cable in the room and the gentlemen was so fast to follow me with his scooter to bring me back the cable. They are really sweet people.

french -spanish couple Really well clean it has a really good hygiene standards. The food that Maya Cooks together with the rest of the family it's tasty, delicious!! You must try some of the menu card. The food price it's a bit upper than usual prices but there's not much in the area and honestly was worth it(also the kitchen is excellent clean and nice , European style kitchen) 😊😊 They are really nice people always ready to help!! It has been a pleasure to be in your hotel . They have a dog as a pet he is really discreet. It's quiet from 18h till 6am .
