I looked all over the Internet for the perfect place to stay during my time in Bathali, I am so glad I found Thumki Resort, the Hotel is located in the most beautiful scenic location and the views during sunrise and sunset were remarkable, the Staff was very friendly and the food was brilliant in all aspects truly authentic Nepali cuisine. I’ll definitely visit if I’m ever in the area again and highly recommend anyone else to do so as well.

Nice and comfortable accomodation, quiet and pieceful. Shila and Ashok are wonderful hosts in Panauti and will help with everything you need. Shila is a great chef and so we could eat together super delicious traditional meals. Ashok is working as a guide too and it was very interesting and helpful to talk to him about our trekking programs. 24h hot shower guaranteed and perfect stay for few days just to relax and maybe do some day hiking. Thank you again for everything.

Its a wonderfull hotel, superb. The view of the Himalayas is amazing. The people who work there, so friendly, warm and kind. I am sure I will return. I think this is one of the best hotel that I have ever even. The rooms, the cleanest, the food is fantastic, the view, the facilities, its proximity with Namobudha Monastery. Wow, what a nice place! Thank you guys so much! It was a home away from home environment. Such good vibes and friendly, warm welcoming host family you stay in their home overlooking a giant valley with amazing views towards the Himalayas like Langtang on clear days. Food was delicious especially dal baht! I absolutely loved my room but just a note rooms don’t have ensuite bathroom it’s a shared situation but upstairs and downstairs have bathrooms.
