Coming to Kaka Point for the second time, I didn't hesitate to choose this apartment again. It was still as warm and clean as before. The next morning, I met the landlord and had a brief chat. He was also a gentle and friendly person. It's undoubtedly the top choice for accommodation in Kaka Point.

Jenny was so very welcoming (I didn't have the opportunity to see Mike but I'm quite sure he would have been too!). Wonderful comfortable unit with sea view. Couldn't have asked for more. Very handy for exploring the Catlins but I would recommend to also just take the time to relax at this very special place.

Seascape Accommodation has 2 modern apartments, all fitted with quality furnishings, free WiFi, a Smart TV and views across the ocean to the Nugget Point Lighthouse.

The view, ocean front location, and value for the money can't be beat! The room has a couch facing the wall-to-wall sliding glass door/windows which look out to the Kaka Point beach. Communication with the owner was great. The room had a separate living area/kitchenette and bedroom. They left chocolates for us on arrival which was nice.
