Very well set up for Alps 2 ocean cycle ride with bike racks near power points for ebikes. It had everything that you would need. It was great quality for the price too.

Huge rooms, each were clean, tidy and the showers are amazing! We were leaving early so the hosts put out breakfast in the restaurant so we could eat before we hit the road. It was such a lovely touch. I wish we had longer! Top tip, when you book, message the restaurant and book in for dinner. Failing that, the Waitaki pub had a good menu.

This is the first 10 out of 10 property we have stayed at, without a doubt. We were so happy with the Lodge that we wished we had booked longer!! Six bedrooms and two bathrooms for the price of a motel room. Talk about value for money. Unhesitatingly rate it as 10 out of ten.

Danseys Pass Lavender Farm Domes is a recently renovated farm stay in Livingstone, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. The accommodation has a spa bath and a sauna.

It was different to what we’re used to ie: outdoor shower but absolutely great experience. Loved the lavender garden, the gorgeous chooks and actually it was all beautiful. We should have stayed 2 nights! One night just wasn’t enough to take in everything.

A friendly, welcoming and relaxing place to stay. The accommodation had everything you needed, and more. Duntroon is a lovely little place to visit. Gillian and Michael are so helpful and friendly. We would definitely return in the future if we are in the area.

An absolutely incredible little gem we stumbled upon nestled in amongst the mountains. The owners were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond. Clean and cosy, fully serviced shared facilities available, and unbeatable views. Absolutely above value for the very reasonable price. Would give 12 stars if I could. It has that nostalgic old school charm that anyone looking to escape the modern pace will appreciate. We struggled to leave.
