We had requested for a mountain view and our cabin had just the perfect view of Franz Josef as well as the starlit skies at night. The reception staff was super friendly and made good recommendations on what to see, do and eat.

The hotel is in the middle of a rain forest. I just kept waiting for a dinosaur to walk by. The staff was AMAZING! Absolutely, exemplary! Five course dinner was delicious and romantic. Breakfast was anything you could dream of!
